Custom multi-target RF and DC magnetron sputtering chamber for synthesized nanostructured thin films, co-deposition, and reactive nitrides under precise substrate temperature and bias controls.

High-Resolution Characterization Suite

Advanced electron microscopy preparation and micro-tribology instrumentation to evaluate film adhesion, cross-sectional morphology, residual stress, and high-temperature oxidation kinetics.

Tribological Assessment

Extreme Environment Tribometer

High-temperature wear and corrosion-erosion testing rigs designed to simulate severe mineral processing and thermal degradation conditions up to 1000°C.
